Flashback

"Don't worry Iggy I'll be fine" You said speaking to your worried boyfriend on the phone. You have been dating for 5 months. He was a bit older than you, he was 23 soon 24 and you were still in late teens struggling with High School. But as you both said, age is just a number nothing more. But one thing that you didn't like was when he said "my little (Name)" As if you were a child. Anyways you were driving for the first time alone and Arthur was worried that something will happen.

"I know but I still think I should be with you or maybe your parents" Arthur said

"They are just working and so do you" You said making Arthur frown on the line

I know we haven't sped so much time for a while but I'm doing my best here!" Arthur said annoyed

"I know" You sighed "Anyway I have to hang up so I can focus one the-" You didn't have time to finish before a big car collapsed in your from the side.

"(NAME)! (NAME) What was that?!" Arthur screamed but everything was quiet

Ever since the accident Arthur have been depressed. Luckily you survived it but you are still in coma in more than a week now. He didn't pay much attention at the meetings, all he could think about as you. he didn't even argue with Francis which even made him worried. Kiku also said that his "tsundere level was very low." Actually all his colleagues were worried about him and you. They have just met you one time and that was two weeks ago, Arthur brought you to the world meeting and you got along with everyone.

Arthur collected his papers and was about to leave until

"Hej Arthur!" he turned around to the Mathias and his brothers

"What do you want?" He asked with a bitter tone

"You're going to the hospital, right?" Tino asked

"Yes" Arthur nodded

"Do you think you can give her this" Emil said pulling out a patchwork quilt and gave it to Arthur.

"This is-"

"A patchwork quilt ja" Berwald said

"We have all made it" Lukas said

"It's too much"

"Don't be silly we all miss her" Mathias said putting an arm around Arthur shoulder

"Thank you" Arthur said and left the building


Arthur finally reached your room and carefully opened the door. There you were, didn't move a muscle. You have broken both of your legs and some ribs. You room was decorated with flowers from everyone and cards that said "Get well soon." Last week Feliciano visted and put a photograph in a frame in (f/c) beside your bed. It was a picture of you and everyone from the world meeting on your first day.
Arthur was here everyday until the nurses forced him to go home. Your parents came here when they could. But he was here the most.

"Hello love" He said even though you couldn't hear him. He put the patchwork quilt over your covers. He had also bought roses on the way, he knew how much you like them. Especially in yellow with pink on the top of the petals. He put the flowers in the vase were the other roses were. He then took a chair beside your bed and just sat there.

"Wake up soon, we all miss you even Ivan is worried" Arthur said holding your hand. He heard the door open and there came one of the nurses.

"Hello mr Kirkland" She smiled

"Hi" Arthur said, the nurse came to check up on you, she looked at one of those computer monitors.

"Well? How is she doing?" He asked

"Nothing so far" She said, she always said that! "you know" She started putting her hand on his shoulder. "How about we go out for a dinner tonight?" She winked

"Hell no! She is mine and I would never do this to her" Arthur said angrily, it did happen that some of the nurses flirted with him which pissed him off.

"Calm down mr I just want to make you feel better" The nurse said backing away

"All I want is that she will wake up" Arthur said

"I know" The nurse sighed and left the room, he then heard her say "There is a chance that she won't wake up" And she closed the door. Arthur could feel the tears running down his cheeks. Of course you will wake up!
He wonder what you would do if you heard the nurses flirt with him. Probably hunt her down with your butter sock or an axe. Arthur couldn't help but smile at that.

"You will wake up, yes?" He said


Next day was saturday which meant that Arthur didn't have work today. He came to the hospital early in the morning. One he entered your room he opened the wondows, thinking that you will feel better with some fresh air.
As usual he took his chair and sat down.

"(Name)? I remember one of my favourite songs that my mother used to sing for me and my brother Allistor, would you want to hear?" He asked, of course you didn't respond but he took it as a yes.

He stopped hearing that someone was entering your room. It was your doctor.

"Hello mr Kirkland" He said

"Hello" Arthur said, the doctor checked the computer screen

"She is doing fine mr" The doctor smiled

"Really?"

"yes, she is not in coma anymore but sleeping, she can hear us" The doctor smiled

"That's wonderfull news thank you" Arthur smiled, he couldn't believe it. After the doctor left Arthur called your parents. Now he started to talk to you more than he used to.

"Do you remember the cinema? We can go there if you like" he said, you loved going to the cinema with him. It doesn't matter how boring the movie was, you just enjoyed being there.

"I can buy you some ice cream, you like (fav flavour), right?"

He stayed until he bacme very hungry and went to a cafe near the hospital. He ordered a sandwich and some tea.

"Hallo Arthur" Ludwig said and sat down at his table

"Hi Ludwig" Arthur said

"How is she?" Ludwig asked

"Really good actually, she is sleeping so she might wake up soon" Arthur said

"Zhat's good" Ludwig said, they both talked about random things until the both had to leave.

"By the way, could you give (Name) this?" Ludwig said handing Arthur a card. Ludwig was actually the only one how hadn't made a card for you yet.

"Sure"

"Sorry for taking so long but I vanted to make it perfect" Ludwig said

"I see, thank you Ludwig" Arthur said and they both went seperate ways

Arthur came back to your room and put Ludwig's card together with the others. Arthur started to talk about all the fun memories you had together. You could hear is voice but at the same time your brain was focused on either dreams or things from the past. You could first see a memory with you and Arthur kiss and the next minute you were somewhere else.

The clock was soon 20.00 (8.00) at night. Arthur didn't eat any dinner nor did he felt like it. He didn't want to miss if you will wake up soon.

"I love you please wake up" Arthur said buried his face in your hair. You started to see all happy memories from your life. When you swim for the first time, your 10th birthday and when you met Arthur. You could feel your fingers move, Arthur sensed it and looked down at you. You slowly opened your eyes and met green eyes.

"hi" you said in a weak voice

"(Name) my little (Name)" Arthur said with tears in his eyes, hovering over you and kissed all over your face and finally your lips that he missed so much. You hold is face in your hands and you both looked at each other. Arthur called the doctor by pressing a button near your bed. He came after 5 minutes.

"You look fine (Name)" the doctor smiled, "I just want to keep her over the night for observation if everything is fine she can go home tomorrow" He said to Arthur

"Right thank you" Arthur said and the doctor left, you looked at the photograhp

"Who gave me this?" You asked

"Feliciano, do you remember everyone?" He asked, you took a close look at everyone and yes you did.

"I have to thank everyone for the gifts" You said

"No need so stress you have to take it easy" Arthur warned

"I know" You sighed

"I have to go or do you want me to stay?" He asked

"Please stay" You said motion him to lie down on the bed next to you. He smiled and took off his clothes and slept in only his shirt and boxers.

"I'm so glad you're back" He said hugging you

"Me too" You said and drifted off to sleep
