Hi everyone! I hope you are all well! ^^
I felt like writing a journal entry about games (mostly game rpg series) that I've gotten myself into during the year and last to share my thoughts on them and feel free to comment what games you guys play as well
So I started getting into quite a few game series and the first one I want to list i
Kingdom Hearts <3
It's a pretty old game series with lost of spin off games. It is a mix of Disney and Final fantasy, it may sound like a wierd mix but it's actually really good
in the game you play as Sora who lives on an island called Destiny island with his friends Riku and Kairi. The island gets swallowed up by darkness along with many other disney worlds and final fantasy worlds. Sora then gets able to weild a weapon called a keyblade to fight enemies called heartless and also gets separated from Riku and Kairi. Sora wounds up in another world where he meets Donald and Goofy who he teams up with because they are looking for King Mickey and needs his help because he can use the keyblade. You then also meet som final fantasy characters such as Leon and Yuffie. During the game you go to different worlds and help characters there you meet up and unlock keyholes in order to unlock other worlds. You then also fight disney vallians such as Jafar, Hades etc. Your main goal in the game is to defeat Ansem who is behind all the worlds gets swallowed by darkness.
You may find the story a bit complicated especially when you also play the spinn off games such as Birth by sleep, 358/2 days and Dreamdrop distance. But it's normal lol, anyway I highly recommend this game series it's really awesome <3
Kingdom hearts games has over the years been spread out for playstation 2 plus gameboy, 3ds and mobile. But now the company is realeasing all the games again for Playstation 3 and the upcoming two games for Playstation 4 (Kingdom hearts 2.8 and Kingdom hearts 3).
The next Game is
Atelier Rorona plus the alchemist of Arland <3
You play as the girl Rorona who works in an alchemist shop and one day a man named Sterk (a hot knight *__* ) knocks on the door and announce they have to close down the workshop. The other way to prevent this is to do assignment from the kingdom for three years. Rorona's alchemy teacher Astrid won't let herself do the assignment and makes Rorona do them instead. Rorona doesn't know much about alchemy but will learn throughout the game. You go to different places to gather material for the assignment and also optional requests from friends and villagers from the town and also fight monsters on the way. You always travel in party of two friends from Arland and you get to chose who you want to join you. The battle system is a classic japanese turn based game (if you have played games like Hetaoni etc this is basically the same). There are also bosses you can defeat but they're OP as hell >.< but you don't have to. This game has a lot of different endings depending on your friendship of each character and your score from the assignment. There are True, good, normal and bad endings you can get, The game also has a lot of fun events ^w^.
There are a lot of different Atelier games, this one is from the Arland trilogy and this is the first one. The second is
Atelier Totori plus the Adventurer of Arland and
Atelier Meruru the apprentice of Arland.
This game is very "relaxing" the music is great, the places you go to look really nice, all the characters are likeable (except Astrid hah) and not to mention the beautiful artwork *___* <3 I highly recommend this one <3
So far I'm only playing Atelier Rorona but I've already decided to get my hands on Atelier Totori and Meruru all these games are for Playstation 3 and Vita ^^
The next game is
Hatsune miku project diva series <3
You like vocaloids? Then this is these are perfect games fo you!
This is a rythm games where you listen to vocaloid music and press certain buttons at the music's rythm while watching som sort of a music video with a featuring vocaloid, depending on the song it's either Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len, Kagamine Rin, Megurine Luka, Meiko and Kaito in Hatsune Miku project Mirai for 3ds Gumi shows up in two songs I think but has never appeared in any other of the games. Even though it's a rythm game you can still do other stuff such as bonding with the vocaloids, decorating their room, play mini games and give them something to eat.
Most of these games are for playstation 3 and Vita except for project Mirai which was for nintendo 3ds and Project diva future tone for PS4. Personally I play now is Hatsune miku project diva F2nd, Hatsune Miku project mirai and Hatsune Miku project diva future tone. Future tone is only available in Japan for Playstation 4 but it's easy to get if you live outside of Japan. All you have to do is to make a new japanese psn account, buy a japanese psn card from play-asia.com and then download the game at the japanese playstation store.
I find these games very addicting, I did already at the first gameplay
I highly recommend these games <3
The last game
The Legend Of Zelda <3
One of nintendo's most successful game series, I will just write about
Ocarina of time. You play as the faery boy named Link who most people confuse as Zelda lol. Link meets Princess Zelda who gives him a mission to stop the evil Ganondorf the king of the Gerudo tribe from taking the Triforce a holy relic that makes wishes come true. You play through fun dungeons, defeating bosses and meet important people on the way who can help out defeating Ganondorf. Through the game you also play on an intrument called Ocarina which is some sort of a flute. You learn new songs that you use to open up important secret so the music play a huge part here and all the melodies are beautiful <3 Ocarina of time was realeased for Nintendo 64 in 1998 but you can now get a remastered version for nintendo 3ds. Right now I play Ocarina of time and Majora's mask for 3ds which is also remastered from the original game. There are more spin off games which is released on wii and I think also wii U but not sure. A new zelda game is being developed for Nintendo's next console called nintendo nex and also wii u. Another game series I recommend <3
These were all the games I wanted to sure, I'm sure you all have heard of at least one of them x3
I will start to try out the Tales Of series, I bought Tales of Zestiria the other day because it was on sale so I couldn't resist x3
What games do you guys play?
